| Joseph was baptised at St
George's Church in Doncaster, Yorkshire in 1773. He married Ann Grayson
in November 1791 at Austerfield. Austerfield at this time was in the
County of Nottingham. Joseph died in 1834 and left a will.
He was the father of several children
including Joseph, our line, who lived in the Edlington area of
Doncaster, Yorkshire. John, whose descendants lived in the Conisbrough
area of Doncaster. There was also Thomas, who emigrated to America. Many
of Thomas' descendants are now in America and Canada.
